Beautifully fragrant and mildly spiced, combines fresh homemade pastry with a rich curry filling. Start this recipe one day ahead to marinate the chicken. The curry paste can be made ahead of time and it will keep in the fridge for up to three days, and it also freezes well for when you need a mid-week curry base.

No more squeezy packets for you. Make a big batch () and watch it fly out the fridge door! This recipe will keep for 12 months, a perfect way to preserve tomato season all-year-round.

Bring to the boil white vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, allspice, clove, peppercorns and cayenne pepper. Add the tomato, onion and apple, reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently for 2 hours. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring, in batches, to a food processor or blender and processing until smooth. Return the sauce to a clean pan and bring back to the boil. Remove from the heat and pour the sauce into sterilised glass jars, then seal immediately with tight-fitting lids.

A really, simple and tasty lunch that starts with an  and is finished with fresh herbs, brown rice, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot and a sweet chilli dipping sauce. it's the perfect compact lunch.
Made with spelt flour, shredded kale, a good dose of feta and a number of fragrant herbs, is satisfaction 101 and to keep it all moist, use olive oil and Greek yoghurt. Cheesy bread gets a healthy kick in this recipe and morning toast just got a whole lot more exciting!
