The Valhalla Murders - season 1

Kata (38) is ambitious and eager to prove her worth within the police department, sometimes pushing herself too far in doing so. When a man is found stabbed to death by the Reykjavik harbor, she is assigned the seemingly open-shut case, which bears all the signs of a drug fight gone wrong. As Kata dives into the murder case, expecting to find the culprit quickly, she begins suspecting that things aren’t as simple as they seemed at first. She teams up with Arnar (40), a respected Icelandic detective who's been living in Stockholm for the past 20 years. The two couldn't be more different, but will need to rely on each other's skill sets if they intend on solving this case.

The Valhalla Murders season 1 premieres Saturday 1 February on SBS On Demand.

Sisi - season 4

Follow the extraordinary life of empress Elisabeth of Austria with the fourth and final season of Sisi. Modern, honest, and authentic, this charming tale is told from the perspective of the Sisi's closest confidants, and takes a new look at her life, revealing just how much of a multi-layered woman she truly was. In season 4, Sisi's discovers that her late father has bet the family castle on a horse race, leaving it in the hands of a passionate horse breeder. In a bid to reclaim her home, she challenges him to a horse race, the only caveat being that she must be the one in the saddle.

Cry Wolf - season 1

Set in the 1980s in New York City, Pose is a drama that explores the juxtaposition of different segments of society in New York, including the Black, trans and exceptionally queer world of ball culture. The series features the largest trans cast of any show, and stars incredible talents such as the inimitable Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Mj Rodriguez, Billy Porter, Evan Peters and Kate Mara, the name a few. Fire up the smoke machine, put on your finest, and get ready for the ball, darling, it's time to strike a pose.

Helsinki Syndrome - season 1-2

Helsinki Syndrome is a drama thriller from the makers of Bordertown. It tells the story of entrepreneur, family man Elias Karo (Peter Franzén), who takes four journalists hostage in order to reveal that 30 years ago, a bank manager and a district court judge took his family’s possessions with the government’s blessing and caused a still ongoing family tragedy.

Helsinki Syndrome season 1-2 premieres Thursday 20 February on SBS On Demand.

Rogue Heroes - season 2

The stakes are higher, the missions bolder, and the heroes more rebellious than ever. Facing the threat of disbandment, season two of Rogue Heroes will see the unit trying to once again prove their significance. In the second season, Paddy Mayne takes control of the SAS following David Stirling’s capture, and now attention must turn from the conflict in North Africa to mainland Europe. But GHQ have cast doubt over the future of the regiment, while the creation of a second unit and an influx of new arrivals make things even more difficult for the men. Can they prove that the SAS remain essential to the war, wherever it may lead them?

The Jury: Murder Retrial - season 1

Court is in session for the first entry in The Jury series, Britain's Murder Retrial. The jury system – judgement by twelve of one peers – is shrouded in secrecy, but is it actually covering up flaws in the system? The Jury: Murder Retrial examines the fairness of the jury system for the first time on television by recreating a real murder trial in full - word-for-word from the original transcripts – in front of two randomly-chosen juries, neither of whom are aware of the other. Filmed over ten days, in a former courthouse in Essex, the series will take a forensic look at the inner workings of justice. Will the two juries come to the same verdict?

Shoresy - season 4

The hockey-centric comedy series continues to follow the foul-mouthed, fan favourite character Shoresy (series creator Jared Keeso) and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs of the Northern Ontario Senior Hockey Organisation (aka The NOSHO). As the story resumes, Shoresy is exploring life after hockey and the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs are contending with the distractions of summer.
