Model Amber Rose has come to the defense of her 5-year-old son after online trolls called him "gay" for liking Taylor Swift.
The shared a video on social media earlier this week of her son, Sebastian, being surprised with VIP tickets to an upcoming Taylor Swift concert - gifted alongside a handwritten note from the singer herself.
"Really?! For real?!" Sebastian says when Rose hands him the gift.
However, it didn't take long for some to rain on the youngster's parade - calling Sebastian "feminine" and "gay".
“Shout out to all of the hyper masculine men and ignorant dumb ass women that will call a five-year-old gay for liking Taylor Swift," Rose wrote on Instagram.
She continued: "This is why young kids kill themselves. Liking a certain type of music will not make you 'pick' your sexuality... We allow him to be himself. He can listen to whatever music he likes, he can like whatever colour he wants and we let him be passionate about whatever his little heart desires."
The statement was uploaded in multiple bold-lettered slides on the model's instagram story.
"We don't make our son live by society norms; that's why he's so special. Let’s do better for the next generation people," she wrote.
"Regardless if he’s gay or straight, when he gets older he will be around the most amazing loving people that will support him no matter what."
