About the film
Tom 'Putuparri' Lawford has been fighting for 20 years to regain his people's sacred waterhole 'Kurtal'. Supported by his grandparents Spider and Dolly, Putuparri navigates the deep chasm between his western upbringing and his traditional culture. Plagued by alcoholism and domestic violence, Putuparri must stay strong and put his traditional culture first if he is to secure the future of Kurtal for his people.
How to host a screening
Rates:
$99 - small community organisations and screenings of less than 50 people
$250 - screenings up to 100 people
$500 - screenings up to 200 people
$750 - large screenings with more than 200 people
