Delta Goodrem has released a new single inspired by the Australian bushfire crisis, pledging to donate all proceeds to bushfire relief.
The song was released for sale earlier this morning, and topped the Australian iTunes charts less than three hours later.
Goodrem debuted the song in an Instagram video one week ago, urging her fans to donate to the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund.
"I wrote this song about an hour ago after seeing yet another video of the firefighters continuing to fight the fires for us," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
"The extremes that many families are experiencing leaves me with no words. I send all my love and I am praying everyday [sic]."
In the song's lyrics, Goodrem thanks firefighters for their service, and expresses her hope that it will finally rain across bushfire-affected areas.
"I can't stay in silence, hoping this will go / but it won't slow and it won't leave here, today," she sings.
"We walk on our great land breathing in the ashes of our hometown / and it keeps on raging."
Delta Goodrem's contribution comes as other celebrities around the world send donations to support Australia's bushfire relief effort.
A has raised more than $44 million for the NSW Rural Fire Service and Brigades Donations Fund.
At a concert in Sydney on Tuesday night, to bushfire disaster relief, telling the crowd "you should all be in awe of the work that the firefighters are doing."
US singer Pink and Australian actor Nicole Kidman have each pledged to donate $500,000 to local fire services.
