Prime Minister Imran Khan is facing a no-confidence motion. A strong factional group of his own party has announced that group would only support the government in the no-confidence move if he accepts their condition. This will be the first time that Prime Minister Imran Khan may be forced to make decisions against his temper to retain his prime ministership. The national assembly speaker is bound to summon a National Assembly session to vote on the move within the next seven days.
