Sydney climber dies while summiting K2

Sydney adventurer and climber Matthew Aiken, who went missing while climbing K2, has now been found dead on the world's second highest peak in Pakistan. The local Pakistani mountaineering community is also saddened by his death.

Dube-Fahmy posted to Facebook that they were about to head back down to base camp after spending two days acclimatising and had reached Lower Camp 4 at 7600 metres.
