Telehealth not so accessible for people who need translation services

Medicare data shows more than 1.8 million Australians have accessed telehealth services in the past three weeks. GPs are talking to patients over the phone or via video call, rather than the usual face-to-face consultation in an effort to slow the spread of Coronavirus. But for people who aren't comfortable in English, access to an interpreter is limited due to social distancing rules.
