Psoy Korolenko (a.k.a.Pasha Lion) lives in Moscow and NY. He is described as quirky avant-bard & wandering scholar and is known for invention of a rather unique songwriter cabaret performance style, combining traditions of Soviet popular song, poetry on music, Yiddish folk songs, modern French chansons and rap. He will be performing in Sydney and Melbourne and cant wait to meet his fans on Australia.


1/ In One Voice 

They will be performing at In One Voice festival on Sunday March 19th on the street stage, along with Klezmania, Deb Conway and Willy Zigier, the Bashevis Singers as well as community groups and school choirs.

The concert starts at 12pm

2) An evening with Psoy Korolenko (in Russian)

Join renowned scholar and musician Psoy Korolenko as he accompanies the Soviet silent film "Bed and Sofa" with his unique style of free style poetry and musical accompaniment. (A look at sex and sexuality in the Soviet era)
