NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet announced a major shift forward in the state’s roadmap out of lockdown. Many of the freedoms previously scheduled for December 1st have now been brought forward to next Monday November 8.
These include no limits on the number of visitors to a home, no rules for outdoor gatherings of fewer than a thousand people, businesses will be allowed to have one person per two square metres, dancefloors will be reopened at nightclubs, and venue capacity limits will generally be replaced by density limits.
