As Sydney's eastern suburbs, as well as the northwestern Baulkham Hills and Huxberry, have seen prices rise to more than 100,000 dollars in the past three months and the median price across Sydney has risen 12.6 per cent a year to 1.3 million this month, we quiz financial advisor Bishwash Bhattrai on the trend.
