‘Chef of the Year’ Peter Gilmore goes on a Korean food safari in Korea

‘Chef of the Year’ Peter Gilmore, executive chef at Quay and Bennelong, Sydney, has recently visited South Korea on a Korean food safari.

During his visit to Korea, he has met a variety of Korea’s top chefs, academics and representatives of Korean food industry and discussed with them the ways to import more Korean ingredients to Australia.

In particular, he was also introduced to the authentic Korean temple food and expressed his fascination at it.
