One person lost his life in an accident which took place this morning shortly after 7 a.m. on the Sydney Harbour Bridge near Millers Point.

All lanes in all directions have been blocked to allow a helicopter access to the crash site.
Ambulances and police vehicles also went to the site of the accident, which caused at least 4 other injuries, two of them in serious condition.
