Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced a plan to reform the job market, disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, during a speech at Canberra's National Press Club.

The central part of the plan consists of a review of vocational training and TAFE programs and the reform of industrial relations, which he called "inadequate" to bring Australia out of the crisis and create jobs. We talked about it with federal politics correspondent, Paul Scutti.
