Having to stay home because of the coronavirus can also have a positive side: spending more time in the kitchen and putting into practice - modesty aside - our innate passion for food.

Today, with chefs Mirko Grillini and Francesco Rota, we talked about how even an "unguarded" pantry can allow those who know where to put their hands to prepare healthy and appetizing dishes without having to worry about going out to shop.

Mirko Grillini is a celebrity chef, as well as actor, producer and director, and currently lives in a rural area of Queensland, surrounded by farm animals and an Italian vegetable garden. Francesco Rota is the head chef of Trattoria Emilia in Melbourne and has a particular passion for pasta with beans.
