Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said: "We have to adapt to a new normal."


Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said that Australians and Australians can expect to live under the restrictions imposed by the coronavirus emergency for at least the next six months.

"We have to adapt to a new normal," said the prime minister.

The latest government announcements (2/04/2020) concerned new aid for families to support the costs for kindergartens, but also substantial changes in employment relationships.

Meanwhile Australia is preparing also for the health emergency: thousands of nurses will participate in online courses to prepare for work in the intensive care units.
