Seniors are a COVID-19 at-risk group. Further, the different stages of government restrictions can also impact on the well-being of seniors, especially those living alone. However, some seniors maintain remarkably positive attitudes and resilience by applying their life experiences and common sense strategies.


Nuke Bryant lives in a high-rise apartment in Melbourne’s Docklands.  Ade Soekotjo lives in Melbourne’s eastern suburb.  They explain their strategies for dealing with their respective circumstances in Melbourne’s lockdown and extended lock-down.
