Nutritionist and researcher at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta who is currently pursuing her PhD degree at the University of Adelaide, Dian Caturini Sulistyoningrum, explains how nutrition plays part in body's ability to ward disease off.
"There is no special diet for healthy people or those who do not have certain metabolic or nutritional disorder," she says to SBS Indonesian, adding that a balanced diet should be part of our daily diet.
