Aadi, 12-year-old Hindi poetry lover, promotes second language learning for fun and cultural connection

Twelve-year-old Aadi Malhotra, during a recent visit to SBS Hindi's studio, discussed his passion for learning the Hindi language and shared some of his poems. The seventh-grade student clinched the first position in a recently conducted Hindi poetry competition at the Consulate General of India, Melbourne.

Aadi Malhotra along with his parents, Mr Vikram Mahlotra and Mrs Monia Choudhary. Aadi's parents say that they wish to encourage Aadi's writing talents so he can stay connected to his Indian roots.
