A balance of salty and sweet with a hint of barbecue from the char siu and creamy nutiness from the peanut butter, this easy dish is a good addition to your go-to pasta recipes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp char siu sauce

8 tbsp oyster sauce

1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce

1/8 cup sugar

2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

2 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips.

1 pack of cooked spaghetti noodles

Unsalted peanuts

Parsley for garnish

Sesame oil

Prawns (optional)

Procedure

1. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add in chicken and brown.

2. Add char siu, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce and sugar. Simmer.

3. Add in peanut butter and allow to dissolve. Add in prawns if you desire.

4. Add peanuts and parsley.

4. Mix sauce into cooked spaghetti. Serve.
