Will there be a Dutch House History Café, yes or no?

We're calling Paul Budde from the Dutch Australian Cultural Centre, as there is news related to the historic Dutch Houses in Coopers Plain (QLD). The project developer wants to save one of the houses, and there is a plan to transform it into a Dutch House History Café. But is the Queensland government going along with this?
