A number of Labour MPs have quit in protest at Jeremy Corbyn's leadership over the European Union referendum.
Mr Corbyn fired his foreign secretary spokesman Hilary Benn amid claims he was plotting to ouster him.
Mr Benn says Mr Corbyn is failing as leader and should resign.
"It is increasingly widely felt that the leadership that we currently have is not working and in those circumstances we would not be doing our job if we didn't say that openly and honestly, and that is what I've done."
Nearly 80,000 names have been struck off a petition calling for a second E-U referendum .. after they were found to be fraudulent.
The online petition has been signed more than three million times.
The House of Commons Petition Committee says it's removed fraudulent signatures and would monitor for suspicious activity.
The Scottish First Minister says Scotland will do whatever it takes to remain in the European Union, including potentially blocking legislation on a British exit from the bloc.
Scotland voted to stay in the E-U in last week's referendum, putting it at odds with Britain as a whole, which voted in favour of an exit from the bloc.
Nicola Sturgeon says protecting Scotland's interests is her prorioty.
"What is going to happen with the UK is that there are going to be deeply damaging and painful consequences of the process of trying to extricate the UK from the EU. I want to try and protect Scotland from that."
