Six recipes to eat oyster this summer

There are more ways to eat Australia's signature produce oyster than eating it raw with lemon and salt.

法式牛油白汁是海鲜的一种经典做法:把烤箱预热至180设施度;用中火烧热小锅,加入白葡萄酒和大葱(shallot)烧15分钟。慢慢加入黄油,每次50克,不断的打,直至牛油融入,最后把白汁放到一个温暖的地方。

用中火烧热小锅,加橄榄油,然后加入胡萝卜搅拌。再加入块根芹(celeriac),然后加入青葱(leek)。烹饪4分钟直至材料变软。然后加入白汁,搅拌,放置一旁。

把打开的生蚝放入烤盘,烤5分钟。同时,用盐在摆盘上做一个底。把生蚝从烤箱中取出后放在盐上。把白汁浇到生蚝上,并在生蚝上放上蔬菜就可以上菜了。
