How effective is the JobKeeper package to help business owners?

As Covid-19 cases surged and new lock-down measurement in-place in Melbourne, The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is asking the government to grant an extra two months of JobKeeper payments to allow its economy, to catch up with the rest of the country, but how effective does JobKeeper plan to keep our economy re-vital so far?
