Վարչապետ Էնթընի Ալպանեզէ բացայայտեց թէ ինչ ձեւակերպում պիտի գործածուի, Խորհրդարանին մէջ Բնիկներու Ձայնի հանրաքուէի ժամանակ: Այս, Աւստրալիոյ առաջին հանրաքուէն պիտի ըլլայ 1999 թուականէն ի վեր: Ուրեմն ինչ՞ է հանրաքուէն և ինչպէս կը գործէ Աւստրալիոյ մէջ:

The inauguration of the Australian Commonwealth. When the Constitution of Australia came into force, on 1st January 1901, the colonies collectively became states of the Commonwealth of Australia.
